10 hours to find a solution!

Thank you Pionner !! !

Rekordbox can not imself unzipped proprelly the "rekordbox_bak_xxxxxxxx.zip"

Unzip this backup, then replace the content from this unzipped file manually in to the rekordbox folder

Library/application support/Pioneer/rekordbox

Hello friends! Thanks for the help, but I'm still having trouble. I will explain what is happening.
I have my entire library created in the OS X 10.10.5, Rekordbox 4.2.4. I bought a DDJ-RX controller and will use it in a notebook with Windows 7 64bit. I created a backup on Mac and when I import the library to Win7, occurs err cited above. I did the procedure that Eric spoke, but the Rekordbox says "can not create the analysis file in the folder you specified in Preferences." When decompress and replace files in the folder in that address, on the "Analysis" in "PREFERENCES" appears address (path) of OS X that is totally different from Win 7.
Is there any other way?

If you had used a proper migration or backup / restore, it would have identified that you were on a different operating system and adjusted the paths accordingly. My recommendation is you edit the analysis location by editing the following file:

c:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Roaming\Pioneer\rekordbox\rekordbox3.settings

Open it with Notepad and find the following lines:

<VALUE name="pioneerDirectory"

<VALUE name="masterDbDirectory"

Make sure the path for the val matches the location of the settings file; note that you may have to use a FORWARD slash instead of a backslash if it doesn't read the first time.

Eg.: c:/Users/<yourusername>/AppData/Roaming/Pioneer/rekordbox

...instead of: c:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Roaming\Pioneer\rekordbox

Hi Pulse!
Thanks a lot for the help. I did as you wrote. It worked, but the "preview" of the tracks do not appear and so I have to have examined all tracks again.
Is there any way rekordbox recognize? Since when using normal restoration process, the preview of the tracks appears.
