I have a subscription can I cancel my subscription and just get another license key ? I deactivated it before I resetted macbook but record box DJ says I didn't and won't let me activate.

Activation problem after resetting macbook to factory reset
I resetted my macbook pro to factory and now I can't activate my REKORD BOX DJ license. It's says it is activated on another computer but I deactivated it before I resetted my Mac.Any help would be appreciated I have a gig tonite and it looks like I'm gonna have to use serato DJ which I don't want to.

Problem solved cancelled my subscription and got a new one this morning .Wish I did that last night cause left deck on ddj SR froze while right one was playing using serato DJ thank God I had back up ready cause I had to turn SR off and back on to fix
