You should be fine. Why not use the digitals on both CDJs?

Are there any issues that might arise with the signal if I have bad jacks on one of my CDJs and need to use digital for one channel and RCAs for the other channel into my mixer? Is there technically anything wrong with trying to run both of these types of wiring into the mixer during a show? Of course, it is not ideal, but can it get the job done the same?

^ Agreed. I would suggest using the digital outs on both CDJs.
