Computer (Win 10) not communicating with DDJ WeGO3

Hi, my problem is that my laptop (HP Spectre x360, on Windows 10) doesn't want to communicate with my DDJ WeGO3 controller.

Serato doesn't even acknowledge it, and Virtual DJ recognizes it but says "failed to connect".

I have tried uninstalling-reinstalling the drivers, the software Virtual DJ, and I've even disabled the controller before reconnecting it again.

I just cannot seem to pinpoint the problem.
