Hi, all. I'm scrambling a bit. I have a MacBook Pro running El Capitan - a few days ago, my RekordBox stopped establishing a connection to the internet to "renew" my subscription in the software. I am current with payments, but it won't renew. Furthermore, when I try to deactivate the software, it gives me an error 11 code. Any help would be appreciated - I have a gig tonight. Thanks!

When I resetted my macbook I had to cancel my subscription and buy another one because when I tried to activate REKORD BOX it said my licence key was used by another computer .Maybe you can try that but I can't guarantee it will work.Are you using a controller that comes with serato? Maybe you can use that until you fix problem. Good luck bro
Unless you purchase one of the additional packs, such as the RMX effects pack, which I purchased to use with my controller. Although I could utilise the free membership version, I wouldn't be able to use the RMX effects.
I had anticipated this as well. Some users claim that you can continue on v5, although Rekordbox hasn't always supported new OS versions, and only does so after a month or two. If users wish to keep v5, they'll have to stick with an older OS version.
Not entirely accurate - rekordbox 5.8.6 was released for Big Sur support, although I would genuinely be surprised if there are any further updates to support changes beyond that.
