DJ WEGO Problems on firmware update

Have you tried a different USB cable and a different USB port on your computer?

Thanks for the answer. The cable works because, i use this cable for play the console with vdj or cross.
Also i tried wih 3 usb ports and nothing.
I watch device manager when connects the wego in "firmware upd status" mode and i can see the wego item.
Also when i connect pioneer in f upd mode , makes a noise

It will tell you that the WeGO is not connected if you don't put the device into update mode by holding both headphone cue buttons while powering-on the WeGO. You'll see all of the meter LEDS flashing to indicate it's in update mode. Only then should you run the update.

All time that i probe to update the console was in
Update mode (two Meters flashing).
Is there anything different to probe. For example in devoce manager.
For example something rare when i watch the firmware version with the utility, in normal mode says 1.04 but in update mode says 2.06.

It shouldn't show you 2.x anywhere -- the newest firmware for the WeGO 1st gen is 1.09.

Have you tried using a different computer to update the WeGO?

It works with other computer. I had mi desktop pc broken but fortunately yesterday was ready.
In notebook 64 bit did not work. Instead 32 bit pc desktop yes.
