CDJ-400 random periods shortly interrupts 1-2 sec while playing track

Input data: 2x Pioneer CDJ-400 USB, Pioneer DJM-400 console
, MP3 carriers 2x16 GB flash Kingston DTM30, fs: fat32, num. foldrs: 12

Problem essence: during my set, one of cdj periodically and absolutely randomly begins to interrupt playing a track on several sec., i.e.: each 10-15 sec. the playing track begins inteerupts to stop on 1-2 sec. Itself you understand - on the dance-pole are the party people and on such absolutely ugly pauses reacts instantly - awkwardness and incompetence are a minimum that should be feel at such moments. It is necessary to remove a track from the opposite player, to switch off the afflicted cdj, to wait for seconds 10-15, touching in unflattering mental expressions of all relatives of this revolving object, again to include, again to wait until folders on a flash card are scanned, etc.
But! Even in this case it is impossible to predict - whether will begin most too in 2-3 minutes (as often happened) or in 2-3 hours (as too often happens) (i.e. a CD player overheat is excluded as the reason, in point of: a) too wide spacing of randomny timing of "stupidity" of a revolving object) even "on cold" (at the beginning of work, all equipment just only started "on") - it can be repeat with interrupts)

Question: how to correct a situation with cdj?
