HELLO PIONEER - ANYONE THERE?????

Dear Pioneer Team,

I am REALLY DISAPPOINTED about your support and willingness to react to peoples inquiries!

Some weeks ago I contacted your Marketing department by phone. The lady said I should write her an email so that she could forward the email to product management. 1 Week later - no response. I again wrote an email to ask about the status. NEVER HEARD back from her!

Now this forum ...

What is the intention of this forum? Will Pioneer DJ colleagues listen to the feedback posted here or is it just some platform to post bugs without response?

The last 50 posts in this forum only have 2 comments by Pioneer colleagues.

@Peter > This forum is monitored by a team of moderators who are also DJs, so the latest 50 posts, which would have occurred Friday night / Saturday morning, would have been missed because our moderators were all out working as DJs! So yes, we are here to answer questions and provide assistance, but on weekends, that time can be a bit longer. For more urgent technical support issues, you can always contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region through this website, either via web forms or phone.

I presume if you were contacting the marketing department, you weren't looking for technical support, and as we're a global company, I'm not even sure which region you were contacting, so I can't provide much more insight on that issue without additional information.

I see from your account that you've posted only 2 other topics, one of which was a mere 14 minutes prior to this one, so there's no surprise that wasn't answered. The other was posted a week ago, but I'm sure it was simply missed in the fray or one of our moderators was waiting for an engineer to provide information if they didn't have the answer.
