I'm having some trouble to acitivate my rekordbox license on my Macbook Pro .. How can i solve it and/or what does Error 3 mean?

i have the same problem and i did made the inquiry with out an answer
i think this is not good i bought a DDJRZ and i cant use it with my laptop
i bought another license and still doesnt work
