Can you shoot a video so we can see what's going on?
Hello. I apologize if this has already been discussed. I did a search and went through the first 10 pages. After I set the hot cues on the pads then try to select them, the track does not move to the point. I can see Serato is receiving the input from the pad.
I'm using cdj and a turntable, Serato 1.9.1 and a mac with Yosemite. All firmware and drivers are up to date. Any help would be appreciated. I am new to using performance pads so it certainly could be something I'm missing.

I'm having the same issue. I just got the S9. I plugged my turntable to the phono input in the back the mixer. I plugged it into my MacBook with Serato DJ. I was then asked to install drivers. I did. I then restarted everything.
When running Serato with my turntables. It works song playback, but when I try to hit my hot cues, nothing happens.
Is there a setting I'm missing? Please help.
@Cris > Probably a few things...
1) Check that you installed the right drivers for your operating system. There are different drivers for Mavericks and earlier, and El Capitan and newer.
2) Update the firmware on the S9.
3) Verify you're using the latest version of Serato DJ; some older versions are not compatible and won't recognize the S9.
4) Check that you don't have the MIDI remapping enabled in the Serato DJ settings; it may block your ability to use the pads.
