DDJ RZ Slip Mode won't work when on

When I activate slip mode and do a backspin, the track does not carry on when it should. Instead it goes back to the end of the backspin and then glitches out where it reloop again.

Sorry, the issue is still under investigation and the fix was not included in 1.07.

@Nicholas > Could you tell me if the issue occurs with specific file or all files? What audio format of the files for which it occurs? If it only occurs with certain files, could you send over one or two for inspection?

Its with all of the files that I used. If I spin the platter forward the slip mode function works but when I spin the platter backwards with slip mode on it doesn't carry on where left off. I've tried it with MP3, AAC and WAV.

Hey , a few days ago I connected my ddj sr to Rekordbox as well and its still doing the slip mode issue as I mentioned before. At first I thought that it he issue may be with the ddj rz but it's doing the same with the ddj sr. I don't know if it's the software issue or not.

Everything has been updated to it's latest firmware & software. It's still having the same problem. I've tried it on the CDJ 2000 NXS2 and it does the same thing. I think it's more of the rekordbox software.

The engineers have asked if you could send the settings files. Please zip this folder and send it to us:

~/Library/Application Support/Pioneer/rekordbox/

User Library folder is hidden attribute in default, but if you open the Finder and press Command+Shift+G, it will allow you to go directly to that folder.

Hay Pioneer DJ Team.

I want to ask you if you have solved the Slip problem already.

Sometimes I have the same issues with my full-updated Dj-Controller DDJ-RZ and Rekordbox DJ.

It is a very unfortunately bug, sometimes it destroys the Drops. No Go!

Please help us .

Thank You, Eric

@Eric > In order to be able to replicate, and thus understand the process by which this occurs, and then determine the cause, and ultimately resolve the problem, we need additional information on what you were doing when it occurred - any information, detail, video, etc. would be appreciated in troubleshooting this problem.

If you could also follow the instructions above, we can at least start by looking at the settings from rekordbox.
