Rekordbox doesn't recognise ddj-rb

Hi guys,

I've a Ddj.rb here, and I own two mac pc. The Imac of the studio going smootly, everything ok with rekordbox and the controller. Problems comes with my djset mac (mac book pro).

I installed rekordbox 4.1.2 but when activated the rekordbox dj he didn't ask for drivers. Anyway, I went to the pref and clicked on drivers. Now audio goes trough the ddj-rb . The problem is that rekordbox don't recognise it as ddj-rb but as MIDI USB Device.

I followed steps from the user manual and try to change mode from the utility mode, now it's set in "ddj-rb mode", my Imac see it but my MacBook Pro it doesn't.

I even deleted and reinstalled rekorbox but nothing changed.

Can you please help me to figure out?

@Dario > There are no drivers needed for the DDJ-RB with Mac, but you can check that you're using the latest firmware here.

Disconnect the DDJ-RB, go to Applications > Utilities > Audio MIDI Setup, if you don't see your MIDI Studio window, open it from the Window > MIDI Studio menu item. Find the DDJ-RB item (if it exists; you may have to scroll to the right), and select it, then click Remove Device. Reboot your computer, launch rekordbox, reconnect the DDJ-RB.

@Raphael > Please start your own topic and provide as much information about your setup as possible, including the operating system, rekordbox version, driver and firmware version for the RB. Thanks.
