On my CDJ2000 NXS1 you can just hit the menu button and select up to a few tracks that were previously loaded on that CDJ..? Is this perhaps what you are looking for?

Revert to last track selected
Just an idea ,sometimes when deciding the next track to play I may change my mind but then decide I will play the track I was going to play in the first place therefore having to search for it again etc ,any chance of pressing a key or anything to quickly revert back to the last selected track .
