Hello! My name is Miha and i have last version of RecordBox, last version of firmware on my Pioneer DDJ-RX and i have my MacBook Pro.
The problem is, when i'm trying to scratch track, while it playing, i couldn't do it, and it works like i want to adjust speed of the track to make a beat sync.But when it stopped, i could scratch easely.
So, but it's not over! I could scrtach as normal only on deck 3) May be there are some settings about this, because on other program (virtual dj) it works perfectly.
Is there any sollution or same problems?

Yup - if you don't see the blue dot in the middle of your jog in rekordbox, you're not in vinyl mode. To turn it on/off, hold the SHIFT button while pressing the SLIP button and that will toggle its status.
If you are having problems with latency in the response (you move the jog and it doesn't move the software for a half a second), please let me know and I'll send you instructions on correcting that.
