I've paid for a subscription, Rekordbox tells me the subscription has expired and I need to open Rekordbox with an internet connection.
So I do that, not only does it not update but I can't deactivate without an error.
It also thinks my license expired in 1970.
Seriously, I have a radio show in a couple of hours. If I file a support ticket, it will take days, but expect that's what will happen and this topic will be closed so no one else can work out the fix.
Sort it out Pioneer, it's ridiculous!
I really hope this stuff gets sorted as the software is great.

So I moved the activations.xml file from applications support >rekordbox and re opened Rekordbox and things are working as they should.
Thought I would let others know before the thread is closed.

Thank feck I found this post. I just deleted the file (after making a back up) and opened rekordbox. Worked. No ore stupid error 14 and claiming I couldnt deactivate or that I wasnt connected to the internet.
Pioneer, dont just thank the poster, dont release shite software that clearly hasnt been tested properly. Hold off for a few more weeks and iron out and stupid bugs such as this (which looking at the date, is a common thing)
can someone explain me this step by step because Im having the same problem and I have a show on friday! pleeaseee
