Cue Markers

Hi.  Purchased a DDJ RX in May 2016, using it with my HP Laptop.  Just over two month later an Unexpected Application Error popped up.  I was told to contact Rekordbox engineers.  They asked me to send my dmp codes so they could analyze them.  Their communication was fast and but were unable to resolve the problem.  I went out August 23, 2016, and purchased a MACBOOK Pro, 3.1, i7 Core, 16 GB RAM, 512 HD.  No error message but when I transferred everything over, all my cue points are there but the orange triangle markers (See attached) that were lined up with my cue points are now to the side.  I wrote the engineers and they said to turn off the Quantize but that didn't work.  The other issue is the jog wheel.  Now, when I touch the jog wheel, it no longer stops the song and if I turn it to the left, it just slows the song down and if turn it to the right, it does the same thing.  Please help.  Thank you in advance for your assistance.
