DDJ RB Isnt Working

Hi guys

I just bought a new DDJ RB and i installed all the latest drivers an firmware update but when I launch REkordbox it says 'DDJ RB is disconnected' and when i'm trying to do something on the RB it doesnt do it on rekordbox..... (sorry for bad english xD)

What computer are you using and what operating system?

Asus kv series laptop with Win10, i got a second Lenovo laptop and it didn't work to , then i resetted the Lenovo and it worked , do i really have to reset the Asus to get it Working?
