Yes. Press and hold the [SHIFT] button then press the [SLIP] button. This will toggle from Vinyl Jog Mode to CDJ Jog Mode.

Locking platters on ddj sz
I just upgraded to the ddj sz from the Numark ns6. One thing that I am trying to figure out is if there is a way to lock the platters on the sz from accidentally touching them which causes the track to stop or skip a beat. In the ns6 there was a button that would turn off the scratch mode. I find it that it is very easy to hit platter on the sz when going through tracks or using the effects knob. Am I missing something or is this an issue I am just going to have to get used to?

Thank you! Yes, I finally figure it out. I was surprised to not find any documentation on this. It also does not help that there are no visual cues on the controller. Oh well, it does the job.
