Max Size of a USB Thumb drive for use on a XDJ-R1

I am trying to use a USB Thumb drive that is 128 GB on my XDJ-R1.  I am getting an Unsupported Device message.  Is 64 GB the largest size of Thumb drive you can use on a XDJ-R1?

The R1 itself may not support partitions larger than 32GB due to the age of the device.

I reformatted the USB stick with a FAT32 format.  Still the same issue.

Yes, there are no issues with it when it is connected to my laptop.  I can export music to it without any issues.

Same here nothing over 32GB works? That seems impossible

Does that include USB Flash drives? I was trying to use an external SSD. What if I use a 64GB Flash Drive?

It may or may not work - depends somewhat on the memory management chipset on the drive as well as the filesystem format (FAT32 vs HFS+). Give it a try!
