Unfortunately, rekordbox doesn't have such a function.
You need to manually set My Tag to newly imported tracks.

How to copy My Tags from one track onto another?
Situation: I have around 800 regular tracks fully tagged but I am now importing all of the extended mixes of those tracks.
How do I avoid manually copying 800 tracks worth of tags?

Im not sure if this would work or practical. But you could try renaming the extended track with the same file name as the original and hope RBDJ references the file the same with tags. But that might be as much work as manually retag
