That sounds disappointing. Pioneer staff monitor these forums regularly, someone will inform you how to better troubleshoot the issue.

Right output on XDJ-RX isn't working.
Brand new out of the box. Tried different cables, all the outputs, even booth outputs. Right side doesn't work. Anyone experience this before and have any ideas??
