BriChi, other than the playlist disappearing was anything else fixed? hotcue quantize issue or anything else? The release notes only mentions playlist stuff

not sure, just whats in the release notes, i only tested the playlist bugs cause i was having that issue and it was really annoying

Yep, and In my search for a solution I thought maybe the XDJ-RX is an option

No computer needed
No problems with the OS
No discussions about  (do you have the latest drivers/windows update nonsense)
No x64 or x86 crap (no clue why RBDJ needs to be x64 all of a sudden, make the x86 version work first if you ask me but who am I?)

A standalone mixer that would be nice so I went to the store to test it. And guess what? same Hot-Cue bug! This discovery did not make me happy at all. Because the conclusion for this is that over the past year Pioneer in not able to make it work on any RB system, so this (in my opinion) basic feature never worked, and yet they sell it to us. And I quote from the site "The perfect DJ software to perform"

I would like to sell the CEO of Pioneer an brand new perfect car, set up a forum and tell hem that he can enjoy it about a year later or so. I can also tell him that he needs to be patient and should create a inquiry if he want to enjoy his car sooner. Also I would like to tell hem that the software for the car is only 1 year old (in other words what would you expect?). My thought is that he would not really appreciate it.

And yes I'm complaining again, but I promise as soon as RBDJ works like the site title claims I would not waste my time filling this forum, and be mixing my ass of every single minute of my spare time

I hope that they solve the mistake of full screen in with Intel HD Graphics 4000.

I Hope the next version is great, and I will not hesitate to post some positive reactions on the forum.

For me one of the most frustrating bug in Rekordbox is not a bug, apparently it's a CDJ feature. So if your looking for a solution there is non,

I quess this would be a feature request if you want this to work like you expect when you are coming from other DJ's software. BE WARNED!!!.

If this "real quantize" feature is not coming in de future Rekordbox might not be suited for you, to me it's not because it is not logical to push a button at a random moment out of beat and I can not see any use in this CDJ Feature because this messes up the beat count. Disabling quantize is not an option for me as well.

I hope this helps all you quys and girls to decide whether to buy or sell your Rekordbox DJ enabled Hardware.

The Quantize feature of rekordbox is different from other DJ applications.

If you press the Hot Cue button even a little later than the on beat position when you call a Hot Cue with Quantize on, the Hot Cue will be set at one beat after the position you wanted to set.
This specification of Quantize works like this for a long time in CDJ series and rekordbox dj has the same way of Quantize as CDJ series.

We understand that many customers who are used to the Quantize specification of other DJ application thought it a bug. However, it is as expected instead of a bug.

If you do not want this Quantize affected Hot Cue feature, please disable Quantize when you use a Hot Cue.
