I've just bought the xdj rx and all connected to my speakers etc.... however there is no sound and no sound levels on the actual deck near the faders and no sound through my headphones. However on the screen it says the tracks are playing!?

1. OS and its version (eg: Mac El Capitan, Windows 10, etc.)

Can you take a picture when the tracks are playing, in particular showing us how you have the mixer setup. I would like to see where you have the "Trim" pot set.
