Problema Auriculares Wego 2

Buenas tardes tengo un problema con el controlador wego 2, al conectar los auriculares por completo se escucha un solo lado, si lo conecto por la mitad se escuchan los 2. Ya probé con varios auriculares y me pasa lo mismo si alguien me puede ayudar le agradeceria.

This is likely due to the fact that you are using headphones with a built-in microphone, such as the ones that come with an iPhone. Those types of headphones are not compatible with most DJ equipment as they have a different type of connection, as you can see in the image below.

The left connection is found on regular stereo headphones.

The right connection is found on Apple earbuds, as well as other headphones that also have a microphone.

Los auriculares que estoy usando son los Technics 1210 diseñados para dj y los otros que probé ninguno tiene micrófono, la ficha es igual a la imagen de la izquierda.
