Pioneer DDJ SX Rekordbox and external DAC does not work

The DAC is a Creative 1240 sbx

Can't view the video, you've set it to private.

I have set it to public

Go into your settings for the Creative and change the sample rate to 44.1kHz, and the bit depth to 16bit. Chances are there is a mismatch between your Creative DAC and the DDJ-SX, thus no output.

I have tried to do this    my only option is 16 bit 48000  dvd  plus 16 96000 24 bit 96000 and others   there is no option for 16 44100

And, since I was able to output the sound to the speakers with just the soundcard   I cannot see how its settings would affect the controller.

@Phillip > Are you setting that sample / bit rate change within rekordbox or are you going into the Windows sound device properties and changing it there?

No I am going int the properties within the sound device properties   the lowest option is 16 bit depth 48kHz     16bit   41hHz is not available for some reason.
