My DDJ RB got here this morning. Hooked it up to my laptop, installed everything and new drivers. Sound is not coming from headphones or my PC speakers. I have the blue thing in the top right selected and in preferences it shows my PC speakers for the output + the asio master. I've been researching for about 2 hours and all my setting are correct from what I've read. I have computer knowledge I'm a software developer so I know it's nothing on my PCs settings that's the issue. I'll post a pic of my settings in a second.

My PC settings are also set to output on my Realtek speakers same as the software. Headphones are not working either. It is def not any issues with my laptop because I have 2 and just got the same problem on the other laptop so I'm assuming I'm just doing something wrong maybe. Master volume is all the way up fader is on the right side... I'm dumbfounded.

I received my DDJ-RX today and had the same problem as you. After 30 minutes I found that the TRIM knob was on kill. Therefore, there were no audio.

Turn the [TRIM] knob on your DDJ-RB.
I found out it was because the channel level knobs were all the way down haha
However still unable to get headphones to work
You need to turn the up the volume for the headphones and turn the CUE/MIX knob. and press on either cue or master cue
Press the headphones [CUE] button and turn the [HEADPHONES LEVEL] knob.
