Can anybody find a solution for this?? I am on the edge to sell my xdj-r1, i try diffirent usb cables, different laptop's, and also different dj softwares and problem is the same, randomly my commanda freeze and only sound continue to play, i must pull out and pull back my usb to use it again. Ofcourse, in that way music stops in the middle of mixing!

Are you play with a computer?
When I play with usb + computer, somehow if i leave the software the waveform freezes... i have read somewhere that is highly recommended that you only use the system while playing... not even blue tooth...
