Which version of rekordbox are you using and have you ensured that Windows 7 has all installed the updates available from Microsoft through the Update feature?

dropping album art onto the show information album art pane.
i have a laptop and a desktop with rekordbox installed on both.
From a windows explorer window, I can drop an album art jpg onto the show information pane and the album art is updated. But .. I can only do this on my laptop. Not the desktop as well.
Is there a setting that I have missed or is windows 7 preventing me from doing this.*``?????

rekordbox 4,24 and yes Windows on both machines have all its updates.
