If you're not using a mono splitter and enabling that function in software, there probably isn't a fix as Android can't handle multi-channel audio output.
Just plugged my wego4 to my Galaxy note 10.1 2014 with djay2. Everything works correctly except for the fact that the headphone output is actually being routed to master, and no sound comes out of either headphone connection in the controller.
When I press any of the cue control buttons (1,2, or Master) there is a slight boost of the volume to the corresponding deck through Master, but nothing on the headphones.

Sorry for the delayed response. Have you got this sorted yet?
Same thing so far. Nothing from the hadphone outputs, getting it through master instead. Any suggestions?
Also, the headphones level knob does nothing to the level coming out through master...
Having the same issue still in 2023 - Any fix for this?
