DDJ–RB no or correct sound with ext soundcard

So when i use my NI Audio 4 as Soundcard and Put the Headphones on the extern Soundcard i hear the sound but i cant use the cue option or the volume knob.

So can i only use the Headphones on the DDJ–RB  when i use DDJ–RB  Asio??

I use Traktor before and it works

You'll need to check the sound output settings in your DJ software.

I don't understand why you would have your headphones plugged into your sound card.  Plug them into the RB and they will work just fine.  As this is a Pioneer DJ forum and you're issue is with NI products, for further support please contact NI directly.  Thank you.

The problem is that I don't have an NI sound card to test this with so I am personally unable to assist you.  The DDJ-RB is working as it should.  The variable here is the NI sound card, which is why I suggested you contact them for support as they will be better equipped to help you.
