Rekordbox Does not read Itunes 12.5.2 libraries folders

Itunes 12.5.2

RB  4.2.4

RB doesn't show playlist in Itunes folders, but playlists that aren't in folders it shows.

Can anybody help with that?

Thanks.

Have you tried clicking on the refresh button after expanding the iTunes file tree? I experienced this issue before with a previous version of iTunes and found that this resolved the issue.

Oh, and what @lostnthesound says - click refresh, but also, do that after iTunes is CLOSED for about a minute.

box in the iTunes preferences > Advanced page: was checked

of course i tried to refresh many times also when iTunes closed, it doesn't help.

Before that everything had worked properly, so I could see playlists in folders.

Now I can see only folders. But there are no playlist, but in iTunes they are in folders.

btw, i have tried drag and drop a folder to RB playlists area, folder copied with all the playlists... so i guess it's something from with RB.

found a solution. there was something with sync manager. i guess there was 1 checkbox checked in iTunes section. I unchecked all checkboxes there and now I can see playlists in folders. Thanks for everybody!

Yeah, sorry, that was my next suggestion (as it's posted in the instructions when updating to 4.2.4). Glad you got it working!
