M2 MacBook air USB export issue

I am using the newest MacBook air with M2 chip. Rekordbox is up to date. When I use the usb stick at my also updated Pioneer rx3 it doesn't work. The stocks are working with older MacBook and are correctly formatted. We tried so many way now and it's just a shame not being able to use rekordbox with my rx3 accordingly.

Add Rekordbox (and any other DJ related app) to:

on macOS Monterey and earlier:

System Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> Privacy -> Full Disk Access

on macOS Ventura and beyond::

System Preferences -> Privacy & Security -> Full Disk Access
