Connected through other usb ports (usb 2.0 vs 3.0) and it installed the device again and finally worked. Pain.

[Solved] DDJ SB2 not detected by Serato DJ
Just purchase Pioneer DDJ-SB2 and installed asio driver and it does not work. Serato briefly gives me a notification that it is connecting to the SB2, but it never works.
I have a paid license for Serato DJ
I have the ASIO driver installed for my DDJ-S1 (works fine)

As DDJ-SB2 engineers thinks it is not a defective unit, they would like to help you with sorting out your issues.
First of all, please provide us with all the details of your computer spec such as maker, model, OS, CPU, RAM size, etc.
They often see many customers failed in installation of driver or firmware.
