I'm a serato user and I would like to switch to rekordbox performance mode to play with my laptop. I would like to post some thought of what it bothers me in this software and would make the difference if solved.
1. no colour change on played songs
2. sync my hard drive folders with the xml created by rekordbuddy playlists
3. analyze my playlists... i kind cheated by selecting all tracks and drag the to collection in order to force analyse all tracks.. i stopped it and did again and began from the start... serato only analyse the newly added songs..

As @brichi says, the tracks do automatically change colour after having been played - and they stay green until you close rekordbox.
With regards to the analysis, you can manually select tracks to analyse whereas Serato doesn't allow you to specify; it's only the new (unanalysed) songs, or none.

1. after abut a minute it marks the tracks dark green as being played
2. would be cool, I agree but in testing rekordbuddy I can simply drag the XML playlist into my main playlist, not sure how you are doing it but it seemed pretty easy
3. RB will not analyzed the same tracks twice unless you tell it to. If you drag in 100 tracks and it analyzes 50 and you stop it by going to Track/auto analysis/off, when you turn it back on it will pick up from where it left off but if you delete the tracks and then add them again obviously it will reanalyze them

yes the colour changes to greek as long the track is loaded on the deck.. i meant to change colour for the whole gig.
after the rekordbuddy sync it would be nice to add a track on a specific folder that is mirrored as playlist in rb and this song appear automatically!
