problemas con ddj RX

DDJ-RX engineers would like to know which version of rekordbox you use.

Also, please let us know your computer's detail spec because controllers behaviors depends much on the computer spec.

For example, Mac or Windows OS version, processor (e.g.Intel Core i3, i5, etc.) and RAM size.

Tengo la version de rekorbox 4.1.2 mac os x 10.7.5 procesador 2.16GHz intel core 2 duo y 3GB 667 MHz DDR2 no me habia dado este problema hasta hace una semana

Will you please check the firmware version of DDJ-RX?

Please follow the steps below. 

[Steps]

1. Select Apple mark from the menu bar of your Mac.
2. Select "About This Mac".
3. When the System Information dialog is shown, click the System Report button in it.
4. When a window opens, select USB from Hardware.
5. Select DDJ-RX from USB Device Tree.
6. Below the USB Device Tree, check Version of DDJ-RX.
7. If the shown Version is not 1.04, please update to 1.04 from the link below.

acabo de confirmar la version de mi ddj rx tengo la 1.04 Y aun sigo teniendo el mismo problema el touch del jog derecho no funciona

el problema empezó después de un mes de uso, todo andaba bien hasta que empece a desactivar y activar el modo vinyl después de eso tiene ese problema NUNCA lo había desactivado y creo que al hacerlo vino el problema..
