We don't understand what do you mean by "the strobe effect is missing".

The problem is that Rekordbox does not include the strobe effect like the other models of the same product (moving head). For the Maxi spot 30 and 90, Rekordbox includes strobe but not the 60 (the model does strobe as well).
Here is an exemple with the Maxi spot 30, as you can see the strobe effect is located on Ch005:

Maxi Spot 60 channel 7 called Shutter, is the strobe function, as it is for the rest of the Maxi Spot version. It is just the manual calls it different.
