Urgent: RBDJ 4.2.5 rev 9056-10456-10385 x64 DDJ RZX driver 1.10

Guys,

I was foolish enough to accept software upgrade from 4.2.4 to 4.2.5 and the new windows 10 driver 1.10

Now the RZX displays have quit working so I have to stare into that PC screen all the time.

How can I roll back to 4.2.4 aand the old driver ??!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found and old 4.2.2 on the bottom of my hard drive and that one shows the displays on the RZX so 4.2.4 should do as well. Where can I find 4.2.4 ?

I run win 10 x64

Speaking about testing the code before it leaves the factory...can you please re-bake the latest and let us know asap so we can move on...

Last Friday I updated my Driver for RZX to 1.10 works fine at the begining then in the next day I tried to use the controller again and for my surprise not works.

I decided to reverted the driver to the previous versions (I am runing Windows 10 x64).

It seems that Pioneer changed the Quality Control of Products and Software they developed, now it is done by the Customer at their homes :).

This is really not funny ... imagine if you have a Gig and depends from your Controller and Rekordbox SW to work you are really in trouble it seems that you will need two computers one to test and install new versions and other running stable versions and only update this if you are sure everything is working fine in your test computer.

I bought one DDJ-RZJ that also has issues in the Firmware and now I am facing issues with Drivers also, I am really thining if was the right decision to buy this product, unfortunatelly it seems that Pioneer is having difficulties to make stable products but expect that they be on track soon and fix all of these issues soon.

I am considering now to buy a Macbook but I will only do that if I will be 100% sure that this will fix all of the issues I am facing,in this case Pioneer should Pioneer should state clearly to the customers that in case of DDJ-RZX Windows is not an option.

Let's see in the next weeks if this situation change because I am really not happy at this moment.

Poor Support Pioneer guys they are really in trouble at this moment

Hi Sergio

I consider if you do gigs for money your best bet would be 2xcdj+djm and usb.

Another think to consider if you already have a RZX is to stay at least one code release back, meaning you let the suckers take the hit in the first round and you jump on after a month or so. I didn't do that today and I sucked for a few hours....now I'm running 4.2.2 which is ancient in modern days terms, but it works sort of :)

Good luck

Hi,

For small Gigs I prefer to use controllers, I had a DDJ-SX2 and I upgraded to RZX because with the screens I can only see the information I need in the controller but at this moment I can do this with som tricks since there Bugs in the Waveform of RZX as I mentioned in other posts in DDJ area, now I am facing issues with drivers and I always keep the old version to revert in case be necessary hopefully I do not trust too much in new version :).

Thanks
