Beat jump bug still not fixed in 5.2 release of rekordboxdj
Yet another update to rekordboxdj with 5.2 and you guys still hav not fixed the beatjump bug in the software. If you jump back behind the first beat of the track the jump function still hard stops at the first beat, and breaks the sync and phrase quantization functionality.
It’s so annoying when you’re layering with the first phrase of the next track and don’t want to hear the change at the end of the first phrase. You should be able to jump back 32 beats when your only 24 or 28 beats into the track without the damn thing hard stopping on the 1 and crashing the sync and quantize function
Traktor managed to figure this out in like 2005 and you guys still can’t do it.

Yea, this still pretty much sucks... Between this and then phrase meter not working on any NXS2 players running Rekordbox in performance mode, I am left wondering why both of these issues have been solved by Serato and Traktor in HID mode, but not Pioneer...?

Pioneer, could you please fix/update the beat jump problem with your next update. I haven't been able to beat jump fwd/back on the correct beat using cdj's since the change to 5.0 - it had worked perfectly fine beforehand. This is an important feature if you could fix it please.

@Ramz > I hope you understand the issue asked (above) is for the ability to have blank audio playing pre-roll to the track - they want to beat-jump to negative time before the first beat.
You're asking for the << and >> search buttons to function as beat jump, which is something we've got the rekordbox team looking into why it changed. In future, please post to a new topic. Thanks for your understanding.
