Last night and while i am listening some music from an external source on 4ch i hear a little explosion sound from my brand new ddj 1000. The music keep playing normaly with out skips or anything. I come closer to my gear and i smelled a smell of burn at the left side from the little gap at the left jog wheel. The ddj seems to be full functional. If the music at the time of explosion was payed louder i am pretty sure that I wouldn't be able to hear anything but i hear it and now i am worried. What's next?
Yikes! Sorry to hear about that, if you smelled some burning, it could well be an electronic component inside has failed - please contact your retailer or Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have it replaced or repaired.
