Go into the Utility menu and look for the Auto Cue Level setting. Make sure it's not set to Memory.

FollowXDJ 1000 MK2 The track begin in first hot cue
Hello
Today is my first day with XDJ 1000 MK2. I had a CDJ 2000 until today.
When I load a track from USB, the beginning of the track is in the first hot cue I made in record box, how I can make the normal start of the track.
Thank you
Carlos

I checked and the setting is in Memory...
when I load a song, a hot cue is automatically loaded, and the beginning of the song is this ... the song is not started from the real beginning.
Any more proposal?

Exactly, when it's set to Memory it will cue at the first memory cue point in the song. You need to change it to one of the dB values to have it cue at the beginning of the song.
This is explained on page 25 of the manual.
