Hello Pioneer? Any help on this? Seems like its an issue with firmware or something as it completely stopped working on both sides. Can someone please respond.
Was playing set this afternoon and the cross fader in my S9 completely stopped working. I tried with Serato and with vinyl, no luck either way. Updated serato DJ pro and firmware, still not working.
Even opened the mixer and made sure the bumpers were in place. Please advise, this is really frustrating.

Hey Guys,
It appears I may need a new mixer here. Everything has been updated and still no crossfader. It simply does not work. Does anyone from Pioneer respond to these posts or am I wasting my time here???
Sorry Tony, our team is at Winter Music Conference and a product training in the midwest, we're spread a bit thin trying to answer the onslaught of questions here!
What is the OS you're using?
Hey,
Thanks for the response. I too am at WMC as I live in Miami & haven't been able to practice for gigs because of this. I'm running OS YOSEMITE 10.10.5
Please advise
This JUST happened to me too. 6p Friday night before a gig at 7p. Is the mixer bad? Just took delivery on Wednesday, it worked well until about 15 min ago. Please help!
Update it's now almost June. Took my out of warranty mixer to a authorized repair shop and was told the part is on back order. As a customer who championed Pioneer products this whole process has been extremely disappointing. Over 2 months later and a simple repair hasn't taken place.
