Rekordbox DDJ-RB not found / Cant controll Rekordbox with controller
so this has been a rough start for me with Rekordbox ... firsly corrupted download then error with the license key and now this , anyway about 3 days ago i picked up a DDJ RB from my local shop great product btw ! , fixed the license key and now there is another problem , i cant controll Rekordbox using my DDJ RB, i tried using Traktor 2 wich ive used before and it works like a charm. All drivers are installed corectly and the ASIO one is working aswell
Ive tried wiping all the Drivers , and removing / uninstalling Rekordbox about 5 times ... ive gone though all temp files and used RegestryEditor to check for "leftovers" 100% Wiped. So i followed the instructions very carefully and still same error.
So i cant controll Rekordbox using my DDJ-RB , and wen i open the midi options in rekordbox my DDJ is not listed in the coneccted devices tab so yeah. also just for the record to save some comments / time , Yes im running rekordbox in performance mode and yes ive tried resetting the midi mappings. Ive followed the manual and read it multiple times now still no fix. watched youtube and browsed the forum and tried everything still no solution. ive tried other cable and same problem still. Also i wanted to say , all buttons are lit exept the Play/Pause and the CUE buttons , although they light up on boot of device so i know they work also they work fine in traktor. ive tried resetting the firmware drivers multiple times aswell. Also ive tried different ports.

yes i have and it works so there is not any hardware problems with it , although the other machine was a mac , im pretty "skillfull" when it comes to computers so mim so confunsed why wont this work , anyway any else idea ?

I'm going to guess you're using High Sierra -- when you installed the drivers, did you disable the driver security and install the drivers a second time?

In using Windows I've got no problem with my Mac I just tested it there to make sure the ddj worked ,
So the problems are on my windows machine

Yes I have and that is what bugs me out why won't it work , the sound works I can hear my windows sound straight through it and the headphone jack world , but it won't connect / show up in the midi options. Also very strange how it works with traktor2
In Windows device manager the ddj is updated and there are no errors , at this point I'm actually considering a return of the product :( and I really want this to work
