I had 2 dropouts last nite ( 25/03/18) . I hadn't had this problem since 2016 , Last time I had this issue when I was using MSI laptop and I complained to you and I finally bought a Alienware to overcome the cpu dropout issue . Now its happening again ,. My system DDJ SZ ( 1.21) Rekodbox dj 5.2.0 . My laptop specs . I 7 7600HQ base 2.5ghz - 3.5ghz ( turbo) . I set the laptop to gaming mode ( high performance at power opt) . My RAM is 16gb and OS is Win 10 pro . 256 Gb ssd m.2 + 500GB ssd . Nothing is in my laptop except rekodbox dj and music files . No games and no other apps . Strictly bought this laptop for Dj'ing eversince .
Please let me know why I am having this issue .
Also I have 2 more Pioneer Product that I use for this laptop . DDZ RZ and XDJ RX ( midi mode ) .

I tested at home and it crashed again after playing around 1. 5 hours . I just let the music run one side channel 1 . I used a mixtape and no beat matching was done on channel 2 It just crashed by itself . :(
We use Alienware computers for our demo PCs at shows -- I know they come with a TON of garbage "performance" software installed / running. Be sure to disable ALL of it. There was literally only one app that we left enabled (for the trackpad).
mack macky - i recently had issues with 5.2.0 (since i started using RB-DMX1). In desperation i tried the latest beta - 5.3.0 - and it has been working perfectly. It might be worth your while trying it?

ok now I have a the latest sharing , I tried almost a week , everything reinstalling windows and downgrading the sz firmware and also I got into the utility mode and set all to defauts ,, stiil no luck and rekodboz crashes more quickly the previous . within 20 min the audio meter on pc left side beside the clock . will go to full and music will stop , but when I use serato .. no issue I can play for hours with problem . I don't know whether the sound card or the software . but I tried using port B and the music was going on without stop for more than an hour. so I don't know how long will it go . by saying this , it looks like hardware issue . meaning the sound chip on A must have a fault . bUT what worries me a lot is what cause it to be faulty ? coz I never abuse it . the only think that I can think of is the update of rbdj . so I am afraid to run the rbdj on B now ., thinking it may attack and make the whole unit faulty . pls advice , thanks
if anybody out there can advice me soonest , I will be delightful ,.. my issue is still the same rekobox crashes randomly , but serato is rock steady for hours . do u think its software or hardware . , I am using ddj sz with latest firmware and software for rbdj
