@Juan > As @Kenn posts, that's the "CDJ" style cueing, which loops 1 frame of audio (1/75th of a second), which we refer to as "stutter cue." This is perfectly normal!

XDJ RX2 1.30 version issues with VINYL mode
Just updated the XDJ-RX2 Firmware from 1.23 to 1.30 and I have an issue with the VINYL Mode...
When the the device is in Vinyl Mode off and song (mp3) is playing and then paused the track stops but the song keeps playing on a 1/4 loop
how cand this be fixed? can i go back to 1.23?

Stutter cue when vinyl mode is off is just how it works. I'm not sure why you think the firmware update changed this. See https://forums.pioneerdj.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360000809603-Problem-with-Play-button-in-USB-mode as well as numerous other threads you can find by searching for "stutter".
