It was very good, until you reach the search for a disaster, it does not work, it hangs up, and it becomes completely useless, for the sake of solving it sooner thanks, there are problems of slowness as well

Could you please zip and upload a copy of the PIONEER folder from your USB drive to a file-sharing service and link it here for me? Our engineers would like to investigate the cause of these slow-downs.
