Names hot cue & memory cue

Hello friends, I am using the hot cue and memory cue, applying names to each one to differentiate them. But in my xdj rx2, I do not see the annotations, I guess it is not ready to do it or I do not know how to see them. It would be interesting to see them on screen while it is paused as we can see the info of the track ... it would be very useful . I already imagine that the program looks ... but I do not use it, only autonomous mode ... thanks

Important

I have realized that I have made a serious mistake and I would like to fix it and share it so that other users can read it. It turns out that after dialing many memory and hot cue, for two days, they have disappeared and I can not recover them. I have done the following, I connect my hdd and with the sync manager, I updated the cue, grid, etc info first to recover the cue recorded in previous sessions and then updated all the lists as usual. When I opened the export mode again, I had neither the names nor many of the best and recorded in recent days. Is it because the memory cue is overwritten instead of just changing the differences? then recover the recorded tacs in session .... spoil the work of the export mode? Could it be an error? Or should I do otherwise?

If you had made the changes in your main collection and then used the export device to update collection, your export device would overwrite the changes in the collection.

Provided you haven't closed / opened rekordbox more than 3 times, you could possibly recover from the automatic backups:

- open this folder:

Win 7/8/10: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Pioneer\rekordbox
OSX: /Users/yourusername/Library/Pioneer/rekordbox

- rename datafile.edb to datafile.edb.old
- rename one of the backup files - datafile.backup.edb (look at the dates / times - find one from before you updated your collection) to datafile.edb (removing .backup)

- open rekordbox and see if your hot cue labels are present

Ah - you have an external database; that is why you had the datafile on the D: drive rather than in the location I noted.

It seems that you likely opened / closed rekordbox more times than there were backups, so unfortunately your changes were lost. You aren't looking for the extdata - that's the export database.

In future, make changes in one location and then sync, not both.

No, D: / is a partition of the main hard drive, in C: / I have only Windows 7, the music collection and mp3 files are in the various folders in D: and the external hard drive that I use to connect to xdj rx2, is f: /.,

If I record new cue points live in autonomous mode, then in the sync manager, I can update the collection using the arrow that looks to the left and they should be updated in my collection. is the best way to record a memory cue or memory loop and then synchronize it in the collection? sometimes it tells me memorized in Usb1, but it does not register it, and another question, the hot cue / hot loop, can not be recorded as memory by pressing that button, as long as we have free? ....
I say it because the sync mode only works correctly with the memory and not with the hot cue, I hope I have explained well, regards

gracias

XDJ-RX2 Using 1.33, autonomous mode.
When I export my lists from my library using the sync manager to my USB and use them in my sets and change cues, memorys, etc ...
In the following days I update my collection on the PC, with new tracks etc ...

When clicking again the usb and use the Sync manager, to make a dump of the live recorded cues (XDJ-RX2) from the USB to the collection, DISAPPEAR DATA, such as: My tag

This is what happens, and has given me many problems, it is better not to update from the USB to my colecion if changes have been made in my colecion.
Thank you
