With which software? If it's rekordbox, try resetting it by clicking the MIDI button (top right), then click the DEFAULT button at the top right of the MIDI window.

DDJ-SP1 Operating Mode Issue
hey everyone, i'm new here
if anyone can help me out with this newbie problem i would appreciate it
i was messing around with my sp1 and i mistakenly put it in some kind of mode i can't get out of
on the left side of the unit, the cue button puts me in browser mode and the rotary auto loop button jumps me to a previous loop. it no longer turns loops on and off. i even updated the firmware but the issue still persists

thank you for your response, but i'm happy to say that i was on the phone yesterday with customer support and the issue was immediately resolved
