Hello. I did post about this problem about 10 days ago. Pioneer asked me 2 questions, then stopped replying. So here goes again -
Anyway, I'm trying to sync rekordbox mobile with my rekordbox library, but I can't get rekordbox to see the phone (ie won't show up under 'devices'). Here's what I'm running -
Rekordbox 5.2.2
macbook pro 13" mid 2012
2.5 GHz Intel Core i5
8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB
Running Sierra 10.12.6
Iphone 7plus, running iOS 11.3.1
Both macbook and iphone are connected to the wifi router. Sierra firewall is disabled. Rekordbox mobile can see the wifi network. Itunes can see the phone over wifi, so it definitely seems to be a rekorbox issue.
