xdj rx2 as an external mixer

Hi all,

i would buy xdj rx2 and i want to use them also with turntablese.

I would know if:

1) is it possible to use xdj rx2 as an external mixer for turntables without using pc or mac? Do the effects work on turntable tracks?

2) is it possible to use xdj rx2 as an external mixer for turntables using pc or mac and timecode vinyl as rekordbox dvs?

I have seen in other forums that is not possible to use xdj rx2 as a mixer for time code vinyl. This is what a pioneer worker answer

The DDJ-1000 and DDJ-RZ are DVS-compatible, the XDJ-RX2 is not.

Do you confirm me that ddj 1000 has only rkordbox dj and to use time code have i to buy rekordbox dvs at 109 € and adding two vinyls?
