What are the main differences? Why have i to spend near 1200 € to have only djm 750mk2 while i could have for the same price the contrelloer with mixer inside?
Please could you also confirm me that the mixer of ddj 1000 is better than djm 450?

You can't compare them; one is a controller, the others are stand-alone audio mixers.
The DJM-750MK2 and DJM-450 are vey similar in terms of build quality and audio components, and as I said, I've been told the DDJ-1000 is similar to the DJM-750MK2, thus making it similar to the DJM-450.
If it can be of any help, the audio quality of the DDJ-1000 is very good for digital sources. But forget about using it for playing regular vinyl, the phono-preamps are terrible. It's really unacceptable for a +1000 EUR controller that's supposed to also work as a standalone mixer. It's not like preamps are very expensive. Had to sell mine because of this. Maybe this was addressed in the new DDJ-800...?
Not sure about the preamps in the 750 or 450, any better?
